Withdrawal from Contract – EU Customers Only

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and have purchased goods online from Profusion Exhausts, you may have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You can do this by completing and submitting the form below.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation. In particular, it may not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or that are clearly personalised.

This may include bespoke or made-to-order exhaust systems and components manufactured or modified according to your individual requirements.

A product will not necessarily be excluded merely because it is described as a “special order.” The applicable legal exception and the particular circumstances of the order will be considered.

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

We will send you an acknowledgement after receiving your withdrawal request. Where your request is eligible, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to return the goods.

Please do not send goods back until you have reviewed the applicable return instructions.

Any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and our Returns Policy.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
